IMPORTANT UPDATE

Many of you have expressed an interest in organizing Lobby Day's, Rally's and Sit-In's... It is in Sara's best interest for us to not organize any such event(s) at this time.

 

I truly understand everyone is anxious, but believe me when I tell you, "we are making great progress". We strongly feel that your letters to the Governor, spreading the word, media support, blogs, etc.. is a huge step in supporting the freedom of Sara. Your voices are being heard not just in California, but across the nation. That is huge and we humbly Thank You so much!!

 

Just a reminder to continue to write your letters (and encourage others such as your friends, organizations, churches, family members, etc.) to California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in support of Sara's clemency.

Im not sure why folks are not speaking up moreon her behalf but I am hitting up a bunch of folks in the hopes of shedding more light o her situation...@ricci how can I help you with the pages??? How can she be contacted? I saw that she wil have a parole hearing in 2104 by that time she would certainly have just about maxed out her sentence and thats a shame. There are people that have done worse crimes as adults and did not recieve as much time..

I GOT 4 LETTERS FROM SARA TODAY! I MISS MY FRIEND SOOOOOOOO BAD! SHE IS SO EXCITED THAT HER DAY TO BE FREE IS GETTING NEAR.SHE IS OVERWHELMED BY EVERYONES SUPPORT AND SAID IT FEEL SO GOOD TO BE GETTING MAIL AND SUPPORT FROM EVERYONE.I CAN TELL THAT SHE IS REMAINING POSITIVE AND WITH UPLIFTED SPIRITS.SHE WAS ASKING ME THINGS THAT SHE HAS NO CLUE ABOUT LIKE ABOUT RING TONES ON MY PHONE LOL.I DONT EVEN THINK SHE HAS EVER SEEN A CELL PHONE LOL I BELIEVE BACK THEN PAGERS WAS THE IN THING.SHE IS INTERESTED IN THE SITE AND WOULD LIKE ME TO PRINT SOME OF THE THINGS ON HERE AND SEND TO HER SO IF ANYONE WANTS TO HELP OUT AND SEND A FEW PAGES IT WOULD BE GREAT...SINCE TO PRINT EVERYTHING WOULD COST ME A FORTUNE IN INK...THANK U!

The word is out and her story is spreading! I've written to all the major papers and magazines (some on the list above) that I read pitching editorials and ideas related to human trafficking with the hopes that they'd take up Sara's cause in the process. I think this is having a positive effect as people realize what's happening. I'm writing the Governor to tell him all the great he has done for stopping human trafficking will be even more amazing if he grants Sara clemency. I'm writing letters as well to some of his senior staff (easy to find on the web) to make Sara's case and perhaps help them help Sara. Keep up the effort everyone! Send Sara a letter of support and holiday cheer. :-) Who wouldn't want that? Also, happy holidays to all y'all!

Please understand this was done in the best interest of Sara. The Gov. is reviewing her case.

I WAS REALLY HOPING TO RALLY AT THE CAPITOL AND GET MEDIA THERE AND HOPEFULLY NATIONAL ATTENTION FOR MY FRIEND SARA.IM NOT SURE AS TO UR REASON FOR NOT WANTING TO DO THIS BUT I WILL RESPECT YOUR DECISION. SARA IS A VERY DEAR FRIEND OF MINE AND I WANT NOTHING MORE THAN HER FREEDOM.
